Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Methods:
Our official shops and dealers work with DHL, DPD, and FEDEX shipping companies for our deliveries. As soon as we start shipping, we send our customers shipping information via email, including the shipping date, tracking number and tracking website.
 

Shipping Locations:
We have warehouses in USA, Germany, Canada, UK, Australia and Poland.

Shipping to:
The German-Poland warehouse can ship to the European Union, as well as to Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom (except Cyprus, Malta and some remote islands).
US warehouses ship within the USA; UK warehouses ship within the UK.

Estimated dispatch times and order processing times for shipping locations:
Germany, Ireland and UK warehouses to all EU countries (except Cyprus, Malta and some remote islands) 3-7 working days. Order processing time: 1-2 working days
3-5 business days for US warehouse delivery to the USA. Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days
