30 Days Money Back: For 30 days after the date of purchase, return your undamaged / Unused Mankeel product and receive a refund for any reason.Mankeel is not responsible for the shipping costs of packages returned by customers not due to quality problems.

Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately via our email address:support@mankeel.com . Please include your order number when contacting us.If your order has not yet left our warehouse, we should be able to stop it shipping, and issue you a refund immediately.If your order is in transit, or has already been delivered, you will need to arrange a return with us.
How can I track my order after it's been shipped?
Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. A shipment notification, including the tracking information will be sent to your email address when your order is processed and leaves our facility.
How long does it takes my order to ship?
Our average order fulfillment time is 1 business day, with a 2-5 business days shipping time. We ship Monday through Friday. Holiday shipping can increase the time it takes to fulfill your order.

What are the requirements for riders?
We recommend that the age of the rider is between 14 and 60 years old. The maximum weight of our bike is 120KG. For safety reasons, we recommend that people weighing less than 120KG ride. Can the electric scooter be taken on the subway,train or plane?
The policies of countries and regions will be different, please consult the relevant local authorities in advance, because electric scooters have built-in batteries, if you need to air transport, please consult the relevant rules of the local airline in advance.
What to do if the scooter fails?
