Return & Refund Policy
Mankeel is responsible for the quality of every product sold and delivered by our team and wants to meet and exceed every customer's expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase experience within 30 days, we are happy to help you with an exchange or refund.

If your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping email with instructions on how and where to send your package. We do not accept items sent back to us without first requesting a return.
The return policy is as follows
1. Within 30 days from the next day after the consumer signs for the goods, in the event of serious non-man-made damage performance failure, the consumer can choose to return, exchange or repair services.
2. If the goods received and the order does not match the case, you can choose a free exchange or a full refund.
3. Used goods or affect the second sale of goods do not support the return and exchange of goods
4. In the case of electric scooters, bicycles, insist on returning the product, that is, in accordance with the "no reason to return" processing, the return of the logistics costs incurred by the buyer: logistics costs in accordance with the actual shall prevail; the other amount of the refund needs to be based on the return of products to the warehouse arrangements, such as the impact of secondary sales, it is unable to arrange a full refund;
5. Parcel can not be delivered or lost: accept free resend or full refund
6. After the parcel is sent out, the customer cancels the order or applies for an exchange for the customer's own reasons: the customer needs to pay for the shipping costs of sending and returning each electric scooter (deducted from the refund).
Note: Returns and exchanges need to ensure that the goods are unused / goods must be the original packaging / product accessories complete / proof of purchase
