Do I need a license to ride this scooter?

Should I charge it before the first use?
Yes, you should charge the batteries fully before first using them.
How about the waterproof performance?
Our electric scooters feature IP54-rated water resistance, allowing safe use in light rain and humid conditions. However, prolonged exposure to heavy rain or submersion in water is not recommended.
What is the warranty policy?
From the time when the official order is signed by the users for the product, we can provide a one-year warranty unless the vehicle has been damaged deliberately.

Does the scooter have charging protection?
All our electric scooters have overcharge protection. When the electric scooters are fully charged, there is no need to worry about leakage or other dangers even when the power socket is unplugged.
