It was delivered in 1 week. It looks good, but i can't comment on the ride characteristics because it will be a christmas present.
Delivery time was good, quality is good. Max speed with a mass of 80kg was 35km/h on a straight road. 45km/h uphill, 20 - 15km/h downhill. There's nothing more needed in the city.

I recomend, there are what they say. To unlock the full speed you just press de left brake, put in the key, turn it on, and then press the trigger 5 times and after that do along press for like 6 second, and it’s done.
I bought this electric scooter to use for work . It's very convenient and has a great battery life, I can use it for about 5 days on a single charge. The scooter comes with a front light and a rear light so I can ride well at night. The ambient lights are also cool and are included with the turn signals. The customer service was great and I was pleasantly surprised that they sent me the electronic manual as soon as I received the scooter. Any problems I had with the scooter they were quick to reply and give me a solution. All in all it was a great shopping experience!

When it first arrived, there were no detailed instructions on how to operate the controller in the manual, so we contacted customer service, which responded quickly and sent us detailed instructions on how to operate the corresponding functions. Speed and acceleration is good. Only complaint is that the locking system for folding the scooter was a bit difficult because of the rubber being new. If you have any questions then just contact the seller- they are responsive.
